Is PPC Advertisement effect ranking of websites on search engines?

YES & NO.

lets take a look on PPC's (Pay Per Click) Pros & Cons.

Pros:

1)     You won’t get banned from search engine
2)     Instant traffic to website
3)     Targeted audience
4)     You don’t need to care about  changes in the search algorithms

Cons:


1)     It can get very expensive
2)     Searchers have the tendency to ignore paid ad.
3)     It does not really improve in ranking
4)     Does not build relationship and trust with your visitors



Truth to be told, PPC would be the best solution for sales lead but worst for organic reach.

If you want people to think about your company while searching for certain product, then you should start focusing on building a strong SEO (Search Engine Optimization) with content marketing. But if you want to create as many sales without other marketing hassle, PPC is your choice!
